Double and Trouble

Double and Trouble…sometime referred to as Blizzard and Flurry got themselves in the Antigo Daily Journal. The Journal posted some pictures of the Dirty Dog Dryland Derby in Pearson Wisconsin. Damion Robb from Jamaican made the front page with his team. However, when you turn to page two they could help but include a picture of those smiling white huskies racing down the trail.

More recently, we did get out on the trail last weekend for a 3.5-mile run to add to the Dogs Across America Relay total. This next week we will be getting ourselves in shape while I have the week off from work. We have plans for a couple of long hikes (good exercise for me…who could lose a little “I’ve been snacking at work” weight) and some training runs on the scooter to help the dogs build up some muscle.

Today is my birthday, so I don’t want to spend all day on my computer, but before I go you might be wondering why I would refer to my dogs as Double and Trouble. For my birthday, all my dogs gave to me was a mess of garbage on the kitchen floor. They are so lucky I love them.
